There are 3 kinds of steel road plates for sale, with all types being available both new and used.
Used road plates have rounded corners and are supplied with 2 lifting eyes.
New road plates aren't as standard, but at an additional cost they can be supplied with your choice of lifting eyes,
the corners can be rounded off or your initials/company name can be engraved for the purpose of recognition.

THE ADVANTAGES OF STEEL ROAD PLATES OVER PLASTIC ROAD PLATES
- steel or metal plates are large and heavy, making it easier for them to stay in position
- the large surface area of each plate ensures better pressure distribution
